Funny how a couple of things happen at the same time. Firstly, this week I watched Ruth Jones new series Stella, set in Wales, on Sky1 and in the first episode a lady takes her horse into the house for a shower. Jones told the Radio Times that it was inspired by a Doctor she knows who "went to a house call and there was a horse in the front room." She also says how it was "amazing how many people commented when we were filming "Oh yes, I know someone who had a horse in their house." Then today I read this story about how a woman in Scotland has moved her horse into her home permanently!! When I was a kid and we went to live in a farmhouse I was told that the woman who owned it before us used to let her horse come into the kitchen, a story which delighted me. Has your horse come into the house or do you know of one that has? :D

Sadly grenville can not do stairs or he would have been sleeping in my room long before now! My friend owns a cattle and livery farm and she raised a calf who thought she was her mum and she went everywhere with her including the house at all times even when she was a substantial size - no longer a bouncing calf :P. Also i love this video (apart from the bit where they feed it meat i could kill them for that lol) but i find it very very funny!

Oh... when Junior got out of the fence before we fixed it he would follow me everywhere. He actually came onto our house once before i could stop him. He walked up the steps by himself and went inside. My mother then came over and well, laughed until she was crying. Junior had to leave and he had only gotten up to his tail in the house but he tried once more. He did not succeed and since then we have fixed the fence. My mom now wishes she had gotten a picture of our horse in the house.
