I wish I'd paid more attention and knew how to do a simple rasp on a barefoot horse. I've never done quarter marks, would like to know how to do those. Good question though, I'm sure there are loads of other things but they've slipped through my Swiss cheese brain for now :P |

Ride in front of people! I will wait until everyone leaves the property before I exercise the horses, cant compete & will only ride with a select few people (quite literally there are only 4) & not more than one at a time & I always ride behind, never in the lead. I REALLY wish I could ride with people. I can plait tails, I can stitch plaits in manes but cant rosette to save myself... |

Maybe we should make teaching videos for the site. I make my own stencils for my horse's bum, can put quarter marks in with a comb and do dragon's teeth. Jess could do one on plaiting, and crazycowgirl on plaiting tails. Anyone else got a talent???? |

well...it's not really something I can't do or I find as a challenge...but I have an "Oh no!" moment when I know it's inevitable to fall. I always know when it's coming, and no matter what I do to keep it from happening I'll end up eating dirt anyways. BUT you can't be a true horse woman unless you know how to fall. |
