I just want some advice on new bits, training examples as i am only 15 and just dont know what to do with my mare!!! HELP

I would say give yourself time to get into the swing of things again and maybe have some confidence boosting lessons, they can't do any harm :) also look on the riding with confidence group, there are loads of tips on there on how to get you confidence up and keep calm, good luck :)
