i have been in your position many times, it can take a while before you get your confidents back. All you need is practise try and ride your horse at least 5 times a week and you'll find the bond between you will be better and you will trust each other more. But you always have to be the boss of your horse or he will learn he can boss you around and think "i dont have to jump this jump because she wont make me"
i have been in exacly the same position with my jumping instruter, they seem to know you can do it but in your mind theres an image of you falling off, just keep persisting! :) |

I know you want to get back into jumping as soon as possible, but maybe take a few days off. Hang out with the horse you normally ride and get back into it. build your confidence back up and then start doing a few really low cross rails. after you build that trust and confidence up again you will be great! |
