What? Really? Oh just what all horse owners do not need - additional costs (through additional taxing on products that contribute to the well being of our horses). I was under the impression that we Aussies paid a good and services tax (GST) on all our produce (horse related or not) already... will look into it - thanks for the heads up Flicka.
