I just looked up the Pony Club weight limits for mounted games. a 128cm pony must not be ridden by a rider of over 54kg. You'll need to do a conversion, but these ponies are galloping and turning very fast, they are also very fit, and are at least 4 yrs old. If you fit into this category, you should be ok, it will of course depend on the pony and how well built it is, some Welshies are built like tanks, others can be very fine show pony types.

50kg is 7 stone 12 lb, so sounds ok to me, well within what the PC allows

I used to ride 12.2 and 13.2 ponies when I was your age because I was small and didn't weigh much- a couple of them were welshies and great fun. I could do all the hunt jumps on one of them. Power to the pony-yeah!!!

Doesn't matter about height but bone and strength an icelandic pny for example although rarely over 13hh can carry a heavier man much easily than a lanky thoroughbred. At 7stone i don't see no problem. Its not height its just how much you weigh and how much the pony can carry and i would say if the pony has a descent amount of bone (doesn't have to be cob like bone) then you will be fine.

Hey im 13 in 2 days & 5ft tall and i ride (own) a 14.1hh. If the ponies you are getting are quite chunky then i should be ok but height wise you could probs go a little bit bigger. Have fun with them tho :)
