I couldn't live without Bach Flower Remedy, Olive for tiredness. I think most people know about Rescue Remedy but there are a whole lot of other 'flavours' for different problems. I wondered what you had tried and how it had worked? I'd be interested to know if anyone had tried Larch for instance. |

Ha dazzle I like Remedy Rescue. I am well into aromatherapy and all things herbal and many many years ago I put my faith into Bach Flower remedies reading the Bach Flower book and made a concoction of several remedies to sort out my then b**** of a husband - the concoction didn't work so we divorced lol!! I think it was a big 'ask' of the Bach remedies at the time! |

Ha ha that is funny YasandCrystal, love it! Maybe you should have got a spell book out lol! I have never used any other remedies apart from the rescue remedy, of which I always have a bottle in my cupboard. I have used it for a variety of things, most recently seperation anxiety for my 15 mth son and it worked brilliantly. I too would be interested in what different remedies there are for different things, as I havent read the book. |

I found that Rescue Remedy never worked for me but certainly olive does. Does Rescue Remedy work for you or have you tried the other 'flavours' without success? Sorry YasandCrystal I don't think Bach Flower do arsenic and cyanide for wayward husbands!! |

I used to use Rescue Remedy and liked it. Whether it was 'all in the mind' I am unsure, but it certainly seemed to work (slightly alcoholic tinge helps too) Lavender oil really works well for me (if you don't mind going around smelling like a granny!!!lol) and I have had great success with calming anxious horses with that. Sorry off the thread there as this is about Bach Flower remedies..... |

an38 Let us know what you tried and how you got on. Will you try one of the others flavours as well? YasandCrystal keep your smelly lavender oil to yourself. I cannot stand the smell of lavender! yuk....... |

Yes I have tried rescue remedy myself and gave it to me at the same time as my son, as seperation anxiety could have been him picking up on my subconscious vibes. But, like Yasandcrystal I have never really known if it is the placebo effect, as I believe in it working I just trick myself! Who knows but as long as it works! I will get some olive to try too! Any other tips on good ones to try? |
