Hi Stacey. It could still be teeth or back. Unfortunately the vast majority of those doing teeth can't do the job properly, including all vets. I've been taught how to assess if there's a problem in the mouth by the top equine dentist in the country who I work very closely too but I don't do teeth myself because I don't do it frequently enough (ie all day every day) to get the skill level good enough. I prefer chiropractic or osteopathic assessment when it comes to backs. Depending on where you're based I'd be willing to take a look or try to recommend someone in your area. If you'd like to follow that up message me direct rather than through the forum. Best wishes HorseVet
