Sometimes i warm up outside the warm-up arena, but thats only if there is several arenas.. Just think of yourself while warming up, keep your eyes open so you dont crash into someine, but think of yourself and the horse, its like a normal training, ask for things and get respons. Jumping is the same way, i often just jump 3-4 times before i go into the ring, and just walking calmly around for some minutes to calm down before I enter the arena.
