Ok, so we have talked about the worst, which are used to fashion purposes only, so now lets talk about the best. I think mane and tail conditioner is a good send and so are clippers. My dad remembers the day when you used to clip using hand clippers. Sod that for a game of two halves |

Yep Im feeling the shedding blades and the mane and tail conditioner. Also fly spray!! (although not really too sure how effective it is as I always put loads on, but an essential item in the Summer!). Oh and fly masks/fringes are good, but not the crazy ones! I have also got used to riding with a gel-eze pad. I think I would not go back now as there are a few benefits to using them, mainly anti slip, impact absorption and airflow. They are sticky and thin so do not get in the way of the saddle fitting and not expensive.
Electric fencing has been very useful for pasture management/safety precautions at gates/hazardous objects/restricted grazing etc. Must have been quite difficult before this.

sudocream and baby wipes :) baby wipes give instant shine if tight for time, and sudocream goes on any cut or sunburn :) |
