when doing the course dont think to much.. i dont think about the course one bit, i just do it.. i don't know its hard to explain, once ive learnt it it becomes imprinted, i could be coming up to a jump going, oh shit, what jump is this, what one comes after. but if i just trust myself that i know what i am doing it happens. as for the relaxing... FLICKA HOW DO THE HELL DO YOU DO THAT? share your magic?

Ha ha, Bazz94 maybe I should shut up and not talk about relaxing!! I had a jumping lesson recently and because I was pushed out of my comfort zone I was red in the face and puffing like a train-it gave my husband a good laugh!! I think the trick is to change my focus away from the OMG OMG and onto what I'm doing. Soon as my adrenalin shoots up-my mind definitely goes blank. It's finding that happy balance-sometimes I get it and then I lose it again!!
