I know what you're saying kibby i love competeing but i see where he comes from too cos' he hates bits no matter how mild and i am sort of inbetween, i hate strong bits and they are usually used more in horse sports but i am not totally against bits i use a snaffle. But i also think he kind of contradicts himself as haute ecole/fancy dressage as he performs is a horse sport in effect... :)
