I have read this book recently and I have to say it is one of the most inspiring books I have ever read. It is not directly related to horses, although Monty Roberts is one of the 50 lives studied in writing the book. So it does refer to him throughout. It is in the subject of positive psychology and wellbeing. It has pointers for all aspects of life and what the key ingredients are to achieve goals, ambitions, happiness, companionship, contentment, developing our passions etc. So all this can be applied to horses and horse riding. I picked up a copy from Amazon after first getting from my local library.
