And, yes, that fantastic feeling of freedom and power they give you when you ride them. |

Personally, they are my life. They mean the world to me and I dedicate my life to them. Horses make me happy no matter what, I can tell them anything and riding them is the most fun I have ever and will ever have. I can go on and on about them :) They offer me freedom and trust that nothing or no one else can. I cant imagine living without them (: |

Since I was little I have had a love for horses and it has just been the last 4 ˝ years that I have been able to explore this love which is truly a passion. I have learned such a great deal about myself through my beloved horses, Paisley and Shayla, who even through their passing have continued with their teachings.
I am learning more and more that horses take us on a deep journey to the realms of healing, awareness and soul growth. These amazing animals serve as teachers and guides transporting us to a new journey of consciousness. They aid us to look deeper in to nature and our interconnectedness with all life and as a result, deeper into our own hearts. Through communication with horses, we can learn to develop that selfless love the Greeks called agape which leads to a passion for life ---- a passion that has dimmed as we’ve lost our communion with nature and the natural. I truly believe that horses can teach us to become better human beings.
My dream is to have a beautiful acreage that will become home for me and the beautiful horses, and other furry family members, that will come and go from my life. This ‘home’ will be shared with many as a tranquil escape to bring joy.

Horses give me freedom, and they never cease to amaze me. Any time I'm having a bad day I go to the barn and it makes it better. I wouldn't trade my horse for anything. I just got her in March because my horse died of colic, and someone at the barn I board at told me about her. She was a rescue who was very green broke when I got her. She has come a very long way not only physically but socially and emotionally as well. I just today looked at a picture of the night I got her and a picture from a few weeks ago. She has improved so much!! Every time i get on that horse I feel freedom that I have never felt from anything else. MY HORSE IS MY LIFE! |

Horses are better listeners than anybody. They'll listen to you even if your story's really boring, and they won't spill your secrets to anyone! Also, they're great shoulders to cry on because they'll just stand there quietly & wait until you're done. They're also the best huggers. Horses are a girl's best friend...screw diamonds! |

Owning and riding a horse is a pleasure in itself,,, they are a creature bigger than us but can display the most incredible sensitivity to our feelings.. The freedom of riding is magnificent to plod or race along with the animals muscles moving underneath you is an awsome feeling and yes you can discuss what ever you want to with your horse and you know it never gets spread around,, my horses have the ability to know if i am upset and react accordingly amazing creatures.. |
